Introduction:
Welcome to a different medical practice than you may be used to. Here you'll be treated with the respect and dignity you deserve. We believe that a medical office should be a peaceful and respectful place. We know that no one really likes going to the doctor, so we offer a beautiful practice setting with friendly and helpful staff, complementary refreshments, high-definition TVs in every room, and relaxing music.

We believe the patient comes first and that everyone deserves the highest quality of care and customer service possible. We offer the same level of care to you that we would want for ourselves or our own loved ones. In addition, we’ll help you with your forms, referrals and appointments, and also find ways to help you reduce your personal health care costs.

We believe in the importance of patient education. Here you’ll spend as much time with the doctor as you need to and your questions will be answered. We see fewer patients per day so that we can spend more time with you. At the end of your visit, you’ll have a typed out summary of your discussion with the doctor.

We are an environmentally-friendly, modern office using an electronic health record and the latest state-of-the-art equipment, including the most advanced pulmonary diagnostic lab on the Treasure Coast. We offer services that few others have, including full pulmonary function testing, exhaled nitric oxide analysis, and a comprehensive on-site pulmonary rehabilitation program for patients with chronic lung diseases.

Mark J. Pamer, D.O., trained at the University of Florida and Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois. He is ABIM board certified in Pulmonary Diseases, Critical Care, and Internal Medicine. He founded the practice with a firm belief that every patient deserves the same excellent care found at academic centers. He is known for his comprehensive approach and management of patients. Published nationally in peer-reviewed journals and known for his love of teaching and physiology, Dr. Pamer specializes in pulmonary hypertension, asthma, COPD, chronic cough, pulmonary fibrosis, lung nodules, sepsis, and critical care.

Dr. Pamer is very thorough, and he does not rush you out the door.  I feel very confident and satisfied when I leave his office.
